What I Wore 2-6-17

I’m just going to go with my preference of matching my bag and shoes. I’m a Type 4. I do what I want! While I’m at it, I’ll add the matching lipstick. Turtleneck and coat J. Crew, ankle pants Banana Republic, flats Express (similar herehere and here), necklace Nordstrom Rack (similar here), purse Kate Spade (similar here).

I’ve been wanting black destroyed jeans for ages, but hadn’t found any I liked, so today I cut up a pair I already had. They’ll get better after they’re washed and frayed more. Deadly necklace, check. Studded purse, check. Destroyed jeans, check. Angles on my shoes, check. Earrings that could put an eye out. Check. I think I’d do well in a street fight today since I’m so heavily armed. Shirt Old Navy (dupe of the Rails shirt that cost $160, similar here), jeans Express (destroyed by moi similar here), shoes French Sole (in black and bone here, red here), necklace Lulu Frost (similar here), bag Tory Burch (similar here and here).

Cardigan Banana Republic, tee Zenana Outfitters (similar herehere and here), jeans Express (similar here), boots Sam Edelman (similar here, and here), necklace might be Paparazzi, purse Tory Burch (similar here and here).

I wear white jeans when I’m feeling brave or crazy. Six kids + white jeans = total anxiety. Mini dress Loft (similar here), frayed hem jeans (similar here) and flats Express (similar here, here and here), necklace 2bandits (similar herehere, and here), purse Tory Burch (similar here and here)

The weather is warmer and wetter today. The brassy hardware on this jacket is really driving me batty, but I haven’t had time to paint it. This is a bigger project, and I’ve had a lot going on. Maybe today is the day. Jacket J. Crew, dress DYT store (size up!), boots Pajar (I painted the zippers) (similar here and here).

Saturday night I went out for a Valentine’s dinner with my sweetheart. We’ve been married almost 14 years! It’s the perfect reason to mix red and pink.  Dress Banana Republic (similar here and here), coat J. Crew, heels Jessica Simpson (similar here and here), necklace Bling.

Both the sweater and skirt are knit and quite comfortable. The shoes, not as much, but I suffer for shoes. Sweater Nine West (similar here), skirt Banana Republic (similar here), necklace Kendra Scott, shoes Charles David (similar here, here and here).
