I’m tired of you, Winter. I’m ready for Spring. I want more hours of daylight, more light in the sky, more color in my clothes. I don’t want to cozy up to the fire, I want to dig in the garden. I don’t want to sip cocoa, I want to sip strawberry lemonade. I don’t want to pull on boots, I want to slip on flats. IT’S TIME.
Except it’s not time. Not even close. Me being ready doesn’t make it time (lifelong lesson I’ve been working on). I released the Stunning Style Spring Wardrobe Guide a couple of weeks ago because y’all were as anxious for spring as I am.
So what’s a girl to do when she’s ready for spring and Mother Nature isn’t? I take the outfits from the Spring Wardrobe Guide and winterize them. I can still get the light and color without sacrificing the warmth. The days are still too short, cocoa is still in my cup, and it’s too cold for flats, but I CAN wear the colors!

This is outfit #53 from the Spring Wardrobe Guide, and it’s pure comfort in every sense of the word. The dark navy is so soothing, almost as soothing as black, and the t-shirt and jeans are just comfortable in every way. I could do anything in these clothes, including get on the floor with my kids, chase them at a park, or clean up broken glass. The green adds just enough color and interest to a simply classic outfit. This exact jacket is no longer available, but I have included links to others in the guide. I’ve got to paint this hardware silver. The gold is driving me crazy.
Tee similar here. Jeans. Jacket links to the jacket and shoes are included in the Spring Wardrobe Guide.
The Stunning Style Spring Wardrobe Guide includes outfits for the colder days, because spring is fickle. I love a little pattern mixing, and the bold navy and white stripes with the navy gingham is the perfect combination. This is outfit #18, and it was perfect for the day.

This is outfit #91. To make it cool weather appropriate I wore navy boots instead of silver flats. Links to the shirt and necklace are included in the Spring Wardrobe Guide.
This is a cold-weather spin no outfit #40. Instead of the pink tee, I wore the pink sweater from the Winter Wardrobe Guide (which is half off with the purchase of the spring guide for a limited time). I added the navy jacket, and instead of navy sandals I wore moccasins. See my little cutie back there? She’s my best accessory, but she didn’t have shoes on so I asked her to wait inside. Sweater similar here. Jeans. Necklace similar here. Links to the jacket and shoes are included in the Spring Wardrobe Guide.
This is a variation of outfit #72. Instead of the pink cardigan, I layered the pink top over the gingham shirt, and I wore the silver booties from the Winter Wardrobe Guide instead of sandals. I also wore the red coat from the Winter Wardrobe Guide because it was freezing, windy and snowing. It was 60 degrees the day before. I got so many compliments on my style and my outfit throughout the day.
Have you ever wanted to shop your favorite blogger’s closet? On Saturday I participated in a bloggers closet sale at a local mall. It was a lot of fun. I met some great new people and got to talk shop with some of the other local bloggers. I only found out about it on Friday, and it was my luck that someone had to cancel, and I got her spot! I threw this together on Friday night and Saturday morning, I was ready to open. If you missed your chance, don’t worry. I also sell all of this on Poshmark. You can check out my closet here. There is a bundle discount for purchasing multiple items, as well as a flat shipping rate. If you are new to Poshmark, use the code DANCEME23 for $5 off your first order if you sign up through the phone app. It won’t work if you sign up on the computer. Dumb, but true.
P.S. That pink coat is AMAZING, but it’s not a pure hue. It’s a shade, meaning it’s got a little black added to it. That is why I’m selling it. Otherwise I would take it to the grave with me.

This is a variation outfit #91 from the Stunning Style Spring Wardrobe Guide. Instead of red pants I wore a red skirt with the denim shirt. I’ve been on the hunt for tall navy boots, which would have been perfect with this outfit. Navy is a hard color to come by. It really depends on the year.

Are you as ready for spring as I am? I can help you with that!
